ABU DHABI DESERT CHALLENGE: The legendary UAE Desert Challenge, one of the world’s most prestigious international cross country rallies founded by Emirati Motorsport legend, former EMSO President and the new FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem back in 1991, and over the years has seen many of the biggest names in international motorsport tackle the dunes of the UAE, including Carlos Sainz,Colin McRae, Ari Vatenan,
and Heinz Kinigadner, with the event being a grueling 5 days in the dunes of Liwa the rally starts 2 days before the ceremonial start with 2 days of scrutineering and check ins as well as the famous qualifying which is held on Yas beach with these 2 days complete the challenge begging with long liaisons to the start of day one with some of the largest dunes in the UAE this is definitely the most challenging event even for some of the worlds best

MX RIDE hosts one of the most challenging championships in the region the DEC (Dubai Enduro Cross Championship) consisting of 8 rounds around one of Dubai’s most brutal tracks really testing the riders fitness as well as skill level on the bike with a fears competition in the 21-22 season, we saw South African Michael Docherty and French man Doryan Idri battling in out in the premier class putting on a real work shop for other competitors and spectators showing us all how technical and hard it can be yet they made it super easy.
Will it be the same in the 22-23 season? What makes this track so incredibly challenging is how rough the track gets as well as it being a dessert track with forever changing dunes the track will never be the same with big drop offs natural jumps and soft sand, and the layout makes it even tougher bring all riders to even playing field with long straits as well as a tight motocross section thrown into the mix giving all types of riders a chance of using their strong points.
With the championship starting early to mid-September an addition factor makes it much more challenging for rider and machine. the heat playing in a big factor with riders having to complete 7 laps around the challenging track with the added heat makes for a perfect chance for the riders to show off there off season training.

DMX is on of the emirates longest standing motocross championships having seen many great riders over the years. With the season consisting of 8 rounds the club and track have so much more to offer hosting fun family days and club days through the season making it a place for all to have fun with the season kicking off in September we can expect to see all the action and intense battles from the little kids aged 3-4 all the way up to the premier 450 class where we will expect to see some amazing battles and rivalries continue from this 21-22 series in addition to this championship a new national championship will be announced at the beginning of the season combining rounds from Dubai Motocross, Abu Dhabi Motocross as well as MX Ride with 2 rounds at each track making up a 6 round national championship.
