Returns/ Exchange Policy
If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange, allocate a store credit or refund.
All returns MUST be authorized by our store before goods are returned. For the return to be approved is it must be in original shape and condition with no damage; all the original packaging & tags should be intact.
Please call or email one of our helpful staff and they will give you a return number before sending your order back to us. For this also please do check our Terms and Condition page.
If your order is returned to us, the order amount will be credited to your store account (excluding shipping costs, unless at the fault from our side). Then you simply re-place the order online with correct details to have the order re-shipped. If you would prefer the amount to be refunded, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Service team.
For your return we will schedule a pickup for your return attached with a new airway bill number which is linked in the system with the original airway bill to ensure a smooth return process.
Note: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be credited or refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by us, unless at the fault is from our side.
Note: All items in CLEARANCE are not returnable and refundable, these items are last chance sale products.
Returns/Exchanges outside United Arab Emirates
We offer very competitive Express International Shipping. To calculate your price you need to simply add items to your cart then update your Country in the shipping calculator on the cart or checkout page.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any further customs or import duties or any associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges need to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not control any of these charges and we also cannot help you to predict what they may be.
Offering returns and exchanges as advised above customers will pay the shipping fee unless it’s our fault. The returned product must be approved and in original condition and all the payment will be credited into your store credit account.
If you have recently placed an order and you realised you need to cancel your purchase, don’t worry we can help you! If your order is still physically in our warehouse and hasn’t been dispatched yet we can easily cancel the order and offer you a store credit or refund. Please keep in mind if you have made a custom order such as graphics or jersey printing we will not be able to cancel the order as it is no longer in its original condition.
