Shipping Policy

All our products on our website are in stock and ready to be picked and dispatched by our fast-moving warehouse team. The only exceptions are those that say “out of stock” is if we have a heavy demand for our products. There is an option for “notify me” when the product has been restocked, where you will receive an email that the item you want has become available.

All orders are sent out from our warehouse located in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Orders when placed before 12PM (GST) within Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi will be delivered the same day by our partnering courier company. Orders after 12PM (GST) will be delivered the following day with the exception of Public Holidays.

Above time frames are subject to customs clearance at destination. For an accurate delivery time for your address you will be advised on checkout. Tracking your shipment is available on www.aramex.com with your airway bill number that you will receive.
